How do I choose the right marketing materials for my business?

How is my order produced?

Every project is handled with expert care. From premium print finishes to state-of-the-art signage fabrication, we combine craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology to ensure exceptional results. If you’re curious about how a particular process works, we’d be happy to talk you through it.


How do I prepare my file for printing?

To ensure your design prints as expected, it’s important to set up your file correctly. Our Artwork Guidelines provide everything you need to know, including file formats, resolution, bleed, and colour settings. Need help? Our team is on hand to guide you through the process.


What print finishes do you offer?

We offer a range of high-end finishes, including digital foiling, spot UV, white ink, and textured laminates, to add impact to your printed materials. If you’re looking to elevate your brand, we can advise on the best options to achieve the right look and feel.


Can you print sustainable materials?

Yes! Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We use 100% vegan inks, carefully sourced materials, and offer eco-friendly print solutions. If reducing your carbon footprint is important to your business, talk to us – we can recommend the best options.


What happens after I place an order?

Once you submit your artwork, we run a check to ensure it meets our print-ready standards. If everything looks good, production begins immediately. If adjustments are needed, we’ll be in touch to help you get it right.


What file formats do you accept?

We require a high-resolution PDF set to ‘Press Quality’ (Acrobat 5, PDF Version 1.4 or later). Some items, like signage or large-format prints, have specific requirements – check our Artwork Guidelines or contact us for advice.


Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, adjustments may not be possible, but we’ll always do our best to help.


Can I request a sample before ordering?

Of course! We understand that seeing and feeling the quality of materials can help with decision-making. We can provide examples of past client work if we have something suitable, or unprinted material samples to give you a sense of texture and finish.

If you’d like a fully printed sample of your own artwork, we’re happy to arrange this – just let us know, and we’ll provide a cost based on your requirements.


What if my order is delayed?

We understand deadlines are critical. That’s why we offer our Express Service for faster turnaround, as well as Same Day Dispatch on selected items. While we work with trusted couriers, we always recommend ordering in advance, especially for event-specific items.


Will I receive the exact quantity I ordered?

Due to batch production processes, there can sometimes be a ±10% variation in the final quantity delivered. If you need an exact number, we recommend ordering slightly more to ensure you have enough.
