As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our installation team and looking for skilled Graphics and Signage Fitters to join us. We work with an exciting range of clients—from household names like AXA, Big Cat Sanctuary, Leeds Castle, F51 Skate Park, and Cargurus to innovative startups and established PLCs—providing a diverse and dynamic work environment. We are looking for full-time and subcontractor fitters to work with us across Maidstone, Kent, London, the South East, and nationwide.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking experienced fitters who are capable of handling a variety of tasks related to graphics and signage installations. Ideal candidates will have expertise in any or all of the following areas:

Soft Graphics Application: Skilled in wall drops, soft signage, and vehicle wraps and decals.
Hard Signage Installation: Experience with groundwork and working from heights.
Exhibition Stands: Proficiency in building and breaking down exhibition stands.
Site Surveys and Project Management: Ability to conduct site surveys, provide accurate estimates, and manage projects from start to finish.
Certifications and Equipment: PASMA, IPAF, or similar certifications are highly desirable. Having your own van and tools is a plus.

What You’ll Do:
As a Graphics and Signage Fitter at BISON, you’ll be responsible for:

Installing a Range of Graphics and Signage: From soft graphics like wall coverings and vehicle wraps to hard signage and exhibition stands.
Conducting Site Surveys and Estimations: Assessing installation sites and providing accurate cost estimates and project plans.
Managing Installations: Overseeing the entire installation process, ensuring all work is completed to BISON’s high standards.
Working with a Diverse Client Base: Providing top-notch service to a variety of clients across different sectors and regions.
