We collaborate with an incredible mix of clients, including renowned names like AXA, Big Cat Sanctuary, Leeds Castle, F51 Skate Park, and Cargurus, alongside exciting startups and PLC-sized companies. Who We are Looking For:
We’re searching for designers who are not only highly skilled but also share our passion for creativity, quality, and sustainability. Whether you are seeking the flexibility of freelance work or a more permanent role, you should have:

Extensive Experience in Graphic Design: A diverse portfolio showcasing innovative and high-quality work across various platforms.
Expertise in Artworking, Typesetting, and Pre-flighting: Proven ability to prepare files for both print and digital outputs.
Advanced Skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office: Mastery of tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more.
Creative Problem-Solving Abilities: A knack for finding innovative solutions and an eye for detail.
Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with team members and clients.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortable juggling multiple projects and pivoting as needed to meet client demands.

For Full-Time Senior Designers, You Will Also:

Lead by Example: Mentor junior designers and freelancers, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of excellence.
Drive Projects from Concept to Completion: Take full ownership of the design process, ensuring every project meets BISON’s high standards.
Contribute to Strategic Growth: Collaborate with our Head of Creative and other team members to support the studio’s long-term goals and vision.

For Freelancers, You Will:
