BISON DOF23 – An Unforgettable Day of Team Bonding and Fun!
Yesterday we embarked on a day filled with excitement, laughter, and unforgettable memories for BISON Day Of Fun 2023 (DOF’23).
Our mission: to come together as a team, enjoy luxurious experiences, indulge in great food, and face thrilling challenges, all while being mindful of our impact on the environment.
Our journey began with a huge shoutout to Murray from Eventa, who graciously provided us with a state-of-the-art luxury electric 8-seater Mercedes for our travel to London. It was a true testament to combining luxury and sustainability. Our first stop was the iconic Battersea Power Station, where outdoors we played basketball, table tennis, connect 4, to then savour mouthwatering, plant-based burgers and brunch at the incredible plant-based Clean Kitchen.
Not only did we enjoy a good workout and wholesome meal, but we also made conscious choices to reduce our carbon footprint.
And then came the highlight of the day – the Crystal Maze! Divided into four zones, we tested our skills, solved mysteries, and faced mental and physical challenges as a united team.
It was an exhilarating experience that brought us closer together. From start to finish, BISON was at the heart of our day. We celebrated our incredible team, who work tirelessly throughout the year to drive our business forward and continuously improve.
This day was a tribute to their dedication and selflessness. We had an absolute blast, and we’re proud to say that our day was not only about fun but also about being climate-conscious.
We made conscious choices to reduce our carbon emissions, knowing that transportation and our food system are two major contributors. By traveling in comfort and enjoying delicious meals, we achieved over 50% carbon reduction. We couldn’t be prouder of this accomplishment.
To my amazing team, I extend a heartfelt thank you for the previous 364 days and for making BISON DOF’23 an extraordinary and unforgettable experience. You truly are the best, most incredible people we could ask for.
A special shoutout goes to everyone who served and supported us throughout the day. It’s through these interactions that great relationships were formed, and memories were made that will last a lifetime.
